Following completion of his degree at Loughborough University, Tom joined the construction industry, first starting as an Estimating Manager for a fit out & refurb contractor. He later gained experience with the same company undertaking a project management role, overseeing projects and ensuring they completed on time and within budget.

In 2012, he joined London Concrete as an Internal Sales Representative where he developed his product knowledge and customer sales. A year later he was promoted to Area Sales Manager for North & West London. During his time in this role he achieved record production volumes for both his concrete plants and was involved in major developments such as the Wembley regeneration, Beaufort Park, Millbrook Park and Old Oak Common.
